Product Description

Come and experience for yourself the cleansing ritual of the Sweat Lodge. Learn how to prepare sacred space. You will walk away refreshed and renewed. All ceremonies begin at 12:00 noon and end at approximately 2:30 pm. Immediately following will be a pot-luck dinner. Participants are asked to bring a dish to share. It is advisable that after a spiritual experience such as the Sweat Lodge, any food eaten should be of the light and healthy variety.
